The pace of construction at Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir has been hectic in the past month. August saw a new record for the maximum number of piles constructed in one month. The work on the Madhav Kutir row houses is also proceeding smoothly with the laying of electricity, sewage and fire-fighting lines approaching completion.
Upcoming Construction Work
The pile foundation work for the central core is likely to get over soon and after testing the piles plans for beginning the construction of the raft are underway. Building the gigantic raft of the central tower would require almost 20 tonnes of steel. The total cost of building the raft will be about Rupees 1.95 Crores.
